Inspired by the owners’ passion for concrete, this ambitious extension marries the material’s soft, light grey texture with modern elegance. The concrete facade seamlessly extends from the exterior to the interior, creating a cohesive design. Expansive glass windows and a striking glass box above the sculptural staircase, which connects the lower ground and ground floors, bathe the living area in natural light.

The architectural composition of the rear elevation artfully contrasts solid concrete with transparent glass, achieving a perfect balance between mass and openness. The lower section of the extension, with its distinctive T-shape, appears light and airy, providing essential support for the set-back upper portion. This design not only adds visual interest but also enhances the sense of space, making it a standout feature of the home.
