Arlington House

Discover the exquisite transformation of this double-fronted Victorian house in Arlington Conservation Area, where we seamlessly blend its historic charm with contemporary living. Our clients envisioned making the beautiful rear garden a vibrant and integral part of the home’s living space. This garden can now be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and the natural beauty outside.

The existing staircase, which previously stood at the back and blocked the view of the garden, has been relocated to the front of the house. By excavating space beneath the former garage, we have not only created a new visual connection through the sliding doors onto the garden, but also enhanced the overall flow and functionality of the home.
